Kevin, the Canadian Special Advisor of AltoPartners / Bluestone Leadership Services and a member of the AltoPartners Global Board of Directors, brings 35 years of experience in executive search and management consulting. As Global Co-Head of the Natural Resources Practice Group and an Executive Member of the Financial Services and Board Practice Groups, Kevin has led board and executive recruitment, corporate governance, and organizational assessment projects, having recruited over 100 board members across diverse sectors.
His Calgary-based search and management consulting experience includes assignments in Canada, USA and the UK in the areas of board and executive recruitment; board effectiveness and corporate governance; and organization assessment and design. Kevin has recruited over 80 board members to client organizations. He also has extensive experience in the areas of board and executive compensation, and leadership assessment.
Kevin graduated from the University of the West of England and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales. He commenced his consulting career with Ernst & Whinney in Bristol before transferring to London and then to Calgary. He is an Associate Canadian Certified Management Consultant and an alumnus of Bearing Point, Ernst & Young, KPMG and the Business Consulting Group.

Kelsey began her career at Bluestone Leadership Services/ AltoPartners Executive Search Firm in 2015 while attending the University of Calgary. After the completion of her bachelor’s degree in marketing and digital media, she followed her passion for advancing technology and recruitment to effectively streamline and enhance the search process. Over the last decade, Kelsey has continued to be an instrumental part of the firm, providing support and leadership in the successful recruitment of candidates for numerous organizations within the public and private sector.
With her recent appointment to Partner in 2025, Kelsey has become one of the youngest partners in history garnering an extensive client list with a focus on both public and private organizations including municipal government, non-for-profits, and research & development firms. She also holds a diverse client portfolio of private firms / organizations in both Canada and the US with experience in a variety of industries including Legal/ Finance, Engineering/ Research & Development, Technology and Innovation, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Agri-business, Natural Resources and Clean Energy. She enjoys finding individuals that not only add value to organizations but also act as long-term cultural fits. In doing so she engages in extensive consulting and interview processes to form a deeper level of trust and build a strong partnership between client and candidates.
